LET US KNOW YOUR CONDITION
For the safety reason we ask questions to the best of your ability for the treatment several times. If you have one or more answers “YES”, you can not receive the treatment and please reschedule your appointment.
PRIOR 5 MINUTES
When arriving earlier please wait outside the clinic and come back 5 minutes prior to the start of your treatment. Also, please come into the clinic alone and not bring spouses or children.
NO CONVERSATION
During the treatment please refrain from talking.
